Powering the World and Africa with Sustainable Energy: An Overview of the inaugural Annual Victoria Falls 100RE Global Exhibition Summit [VF100RE]: Victoria Falls Special Economic Zone [SEZ] in Zimbabwe, SADC For the following planned dates: #02-13.06.2025. °VF100RE focuses on 100% Renewable Energy or [100RE] and the Global Green Hydrogen (H2) Sustainability Exhibition Summit. VF100RE is dutifully inspired by COP21 Paris, France Agreement >>> COP28 UNFCCC Voluntary International commitments for limiting the negative effects of climate change. The main resolution is focused on keeping global temperatures well below the 2.00°C Pre - Industrial times and "endeavor - to - limit" global warming by 1.50°C°. Our belief and solid bet in the future of Hydrogen is premised on the fact that it is the most abundant element in the universe. As such, if our trajectory as a human species is to venture beyond Earth, we must unequivocally master the Hydrogen Economy. We MUST decarbonize our vital energy supply chains with alternative clean energy. Perhaps with Nuclear Energy as well, in safe and peaceful use protocols. VF100RE aims to be a voice of the Global South, which despite its low contribution to global greenhouse gases continues to bear the insurmountable brunt of climate change consequences that manifest through unforgiving droughts, and erratic weather and rainfall patterns, inclusive of deadly and infrastructure wrecking cyclones. VF100RE's inaugural session of #01-05.06.2026 is ominous in that it coincides with the El~Nino periodic maximal and is expected to cause below-average rainfall in the Southern Africa - SADC region. VF100RE is set at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the largest waterfall Victoria Falls in Eco-Friendly Shipping Recycled Prefabricated Container Architectures as both a poignant reminder and or differentiator to other Expos for its founding Earth - -Friendly Conservation Ethos. VF100RE will be contributing a minimum of 10% of gross financial annual revenue proceeds to conservation projects. VF100RE Summit, therefore, has at inception resolved leadership by example in forestry and fauna conservation, and positive Economic, Social, Governance {ESG} impact. VF100RE Global Exhibition Summit, a platform that can be termed as - 100% God-Purposed Earth Forum!!!

SouthPole Consulting (Private) Limited [SCPL] Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Victoria Falls - Zimbabwe signed Hydro-electric Pumped Hydro-Storage (PHS) Concessions Agreements to develop 12,500GWP solar powered clean energy hydropower. The project aims to turn Victoria Falls - Zimbabwe / and Livingstone, Zambia into an IT or international Datacentre Hub deriving from clean energy resources. Victoria Falls is a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and was declared an International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) by the Government of Zimbabwe (GoZ) on the 21st of January 2021. In 2025, Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX) has begun Digital Currency Trading. SCPL have secured investment for Hybrid Min. 7.50GWP Solar Powered Hydroelectric Plants (HES) within our Special Economic Zone (SEZ). A total of 5.000GWP Quota will be under 05 x 1,000GWP Investment Quotas has been reserved for Datacentres Business Model with a special focus preference on Digital Bitcoin Mining Datacentres although NOT exclusively. Datacentres with minimum capacity of 250MWP shall be preferred. We will connect the pilot test 33.00MWP Baseload contract in 2026 on 01st come 01st served basis. After extensive discussions with our project funding partners we resolved that the Power Purchase Agreements shall be preferably under Joint - Venture (JV) Based with ONLY USD0.0111 Per KWH Levy for Non - Profit Environmental Protection Levies and or local SEZ. Participation under the JV Quotas of 1.0GWP will require prospective Datacentre Partners to issue REFUNDABLE PPA Guarantee Security Collateral of Minimum EURXXXM or Equivalent USDT or Bitcoin, which can also be used as an advance PPA Payment for USD0.0111 Per KWH Levy under JV Agreement. The following key highlights define the proposed SADC®DATACENTRE - [XXXX] 250 MWP (JV) Model:

Minimum Datacentre Joint - Venture (JV) Partners PPA Offtake of 250 MWP Preferred.
Contracts will be issued on 01st Come - 01st Served Basis and or Company Global Rating considerations. AI-Datacentres are the Future: Africa MUST Lead this Future!!!
Ownership Ratio [OR] shall be used to determine Power Reservation Ratios [PRR] on a sliding scale of 50 - 90 % (Max) i.e. 50 to 10% PRR on Reserved Joint-Venture Levy.
Datacentre Offer Includes Free Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Datacentre Servitude and Standard Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and all IFSC Rights to Zero Tax Benefits.
Relocation of Specialists, and Permanent Residency Facilitation For Datacentre Experts. Assisted Local Recruitment and Training of Local or Regional SADC Specialists. Victoria Falls, is UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Largest Waterfalls in the World and is Bordered by Many other UNESCO World Heritage Sites Such As Okavango Delta, Botswana, Inclusive of World ONLY Quadra-Point Border Crossing.

Non Joint - Venture PPAs will be available at a minimum rate of USD0.0333 inclusive the Environmental Protection Levy stated above. 01st Movers Advantage -Seal the Deal !!!!!!!
